Rack - Cut to length, face each end, find center, center drill#1 every 0.5”, #27 drill through each hole
Cut aluminum base on band saw, face base ends on mill, tap 4-40 thread holes. Create base connectors using mill to face and tap holes.
Sand, Bead blast, and powder coat black.
